You are writing in a browser in a reasonably mature discussion database that is used extensively by developers. Can you add a graphic in place in this discussion? Can you add a table? Can you create a hotspot that works for both the client and the browser? Can you even add italics that don't show up as HTML code? No.

That works in clients or in browsers?

I can certainly do an image for browsers...

As far as I know, the most current client renders HTTP hotspots as URLs...

Does all this show up as HTML code on the client? Probably. But that's the
fault of the TEMPLATE, Ben. You know that as well as I do. They're only
offering a TEXTAREA tag here, instead of using more sophisticated tools, such
as the Rich Text control used in iNotes. Even the Java Applet is an
improvement in that regard.

Not to be snide, Ben, but have you looked at iNotes from IE 5.5+ lately? It's
really impressive. And if they ever open that thing up, it's going to make it
unbelievably easy to use those components to build monster web apps in Domino.
